Practical information
How to get to the festival?
BY TRAIN
- From Luxembourg: Esch-sur-Alzette station is regularly served by trains from Luxembourg City, Belval, Bettembourg, and Rodange (2 to 4 trains per hour). All public transport, including trains, is free in Luxembourg, and no ticket is required. Throughout the festival, train operating hours are extended and frequency is increased.
- From France: Trains arrive in Esch-sur-Alzette from Audun-le-Tiche and Bettembourg. If you are coming from Nancy, Metz, or Thionville, you will need to change at Bettembourg for a free train to Esch-sur-Alzette.
- CFL: Plan my journey online
BY BUS
- Special shuttles are organized by the festival departing from Nancy, Metz, Thionville, and Arlon. They will be available for sale soon.
- Several bus lines serve Esch-sur-Alzette from Luxembourg and France. You can find all bus information here: Mobiliteit Luxembourg
BY BIKE
3 Vël’OK stations are located near the festival site: Gaalgebierg, Esch-sur-Alzette CFL station, and Place de l’Hôtel de Ville. The festival will have a dedicated bike parking area.
BY CAR
The festival does not have an official or specifically reserved parking lot for festival-goers. Because we care about the planet and parking spaces are limited in Esch, we recommend using public transport or carpooling. However, if driving is your only option:
- It is recommended to park at P+R Belval and take a free 3-minute train ride to Esch-sur-Alzette station.
- Another option is the P+R Luxembourg-Sud in Hesperange, then take a free train from Howald station to Esch-sur-Alzette.
- There are several parking lots in Esch-sur-Alzette city center. You can find the list of parking lots and their real-time occupancy here: https://citylife.esch.lu/systeme-de-guidage-park/#panel-traffic (also available on the City of Esch smartphone app).

Where to sleep?
- Camping: Gaalgebierg campsite is close to the festival site. Dedicated spots for festival-goers will be on sale soon.
- Youth Hostel: Youth Hostel Esch-sur-Alzette, located near the train station.
- Hotels: Check the visitluxembourg.lu website to find a hotel.

Transport
Public Transport
All trains and buses in Luxembourg are free. Luxembourg Railways (CFL) offer national and international assistance, with access ramps available on every train. Train schedules are extended at night during the festival. For more information: Mobiliteit Luxembourg.
Car
A drop-off point is available at the PRM/PWD (People with Reduced Mobility/Disabilities) festival entrance, next to the youth hostel (17 Bd John Fitzgerald Kennedy, 4170 Esch-sur-Alzette). A reserved parking area is located on Rue Berwart in Esch-sur-Alzette, a 9-minute walk from the PRM/PWD entrance.
PRM/PWD Entrance
A dedicated entrance for you and your companion is located at the footbridge entrance of the Esch/Alzette station on the roundabout side. This exclusive entrance features an elevator and adapted security checks. There, you will receive a blue wristband, which serves as your pass and payment method, allowing you to avoid waiting lines at bars and food trucks. A cashless card will also be provided, allowing you to ask someone to purchase food or drinks for you if you cannot or do not wish to move around.
