- FROM LUXEMBOURG : Esch-sur-Alzette station is regulary served by trains from Luxembourg and Rodange (2 to 4 traains per hour).
- FROM FRANCE : Trains connect Esch-sur-Alzette with Audun-le-Tiche and Bettembourg. If traveling from Nancy-Metz-Thionville, transfer at Bettembourg for a free train to Esch-sur-Alzette.More ingo : www.cfl.lu

All payments are made using your cashless bracelet. This system makes transactions easy and hassle-free. With your bracelet, you can pay for everything—snacks, drinks, and more! Please note: we do not accept credit cards or cash. It’s all about convenience so you can focus on enjoying the festival. You can top up your cashless account in several ways: via the Francofolies Esch/Alzette 2024 app, when purchasing your ticket, on the francofolies.lu/2024 website, or at the festival’s cashless station. Cashless is the only payment method you’ll use at the festival 
– and it’s all thanks to your bracelet! Simply tap your bracelet on a payment terminal, and boom, your order is placed .
A cashless top-up station will be available on-site. But to avoid the queue and enjoy your drink before your favorite artist’s concert, you can top up your account on the Francofolies website or mobile app! Easy, right? 
By creating an account, here’s what you’ll be able to do:
- . Check your wristband balance and purchase history.
- Register your credit card to top up more quickly
- Block your bracelet if you lose it and get a new one
- Reload before the event on the Francofolies Esch/Alzette website or app, and pick up your already loaded wristband when you arrive.
- Get your money back after the event.
- Ask for a receipt for your purchases Creating an online account is optional, you can do it whenever you want!
To create your account: Before the event:
- Enter your email
- Fill in your details (name, surname, etc.)
- Enter your ticket number (you’ll get your bracelet at the entrance)

After receiving your cashless bracelet at the entrance:

Your wristband will be waiting for you at the festival entrance. It will be given to you when you scan your tickets.
If you have created an account on the Francofolies Esch/Alzette website or app: you can block it by going to the cashless zone
But be careful, to block your wristband, you need to have already created an account; otherwise, unfortunately, we can’t do anything.
Your wristband is like your wallet: if you lose it, you won’t get your money back.
Unfortunately, no, there is no cash machine at the festival. The nearest one is in town. To make your experience easier, we recommend that you bring either a credit card or cash to buy tickets.
There are several ways to top up your cashless bracelet: You can top up your cashless account in several ways, either via the Francofolies Esch/Alzette 2024 application, when you buy your ticket, on the francofolies.lu/2024 website, or even at the festival in the cashless area. Not at all! You can top up your wristband easily by scanning the QR Code on it. It’s quick and anonymous, but be warned, if your wristband is lost or stolen, we won’t be able to replace it.
No, only the wristband supplied for the Les Francofolies Esch/Alzette 2024 festival may be used.
No, there is no charge for the wristband. However, an activation fee of €1.50 will be charged when the account is loaded for the first time.
You can check your balance on your cashless account on the website, or on the Francofolies Esch/Alzette app. You can also scan the QR code on your wristband.
At the end of the festival, you can access all your transactions via your account on the Francofolies Esch/Alzette website or app
No, a single account is all you need: you can use the barcode number from the first day’s ticket so that the balance is paid as soon as the ticket is scanned. Don’t forget to keep your wristband if you’re coming for several days and have several tickets!
With a single account, you can manage several wallets. So you can create as many as you like from your account!
On the other hand, all transactions are made with a single bank card for all the wallets. But the amounts are separate: you can’t transfer money from one to the other.
Absolutely! We want to make sure that the festival ends as well as it started. To request a refund, all you have to do is go to your cashless space on the Francofolies website: Log in using the address you used to buy your tickets. Once you’re in your personal space, go to the ‘my refunds’ section, then enter your IBAN and the number of your cashless wristband. And presto, your remaining balance will be refunded before you even have time to say ‘cashless’ (at the beginning of July at the latest)! But remember, you have until 23:59 on 24 June to do this. After this date, the balance remaining on your account will be non-refundable and donated to the association. Don’t hesitate to contact us at cashless@francofolies.lu if you have any problems. Of course, you can delete your cashless account at any time. All you have to do is fill in our magic form [link to form]! Please note that if you delete your cashless account, you will no longer be able to top up your account online or request a refund of the remaining balance. Oh, what a shame you can’t join us! But don’t worry! If you resell your ticket on Ticketswap, the associated cashless balance will be automatically refunded at the end of the festival.
