ACCESSIBILITY

At the Francofolies Esch/Alzette, we are committed to making our event as accessible as possible to all our festival-goers, regardless of their physical condition or specific needs. We firmly believe that music is for everyone, and we work tirelessly to offer an inclusive and welcoming experience for all.

Are you disabled, have a disability, or have reduced mobility? Welcome!

In order to prepare your visit together, do not hesitate to declare yourself via the following form:

What are the arrangements for people with reduced mobility (PMR) or people with disabilities?

To access the festival, you can take the lift from the Esch/Alzette train station footbridge. Since this entrance is only reserved for you and your loved ones, you will also avoid the long wait at the main entrance.

A telephone number will redirect you to the person responsible for the volunteers on an “accessibility” mission. If you need assistance to guide you to the festival entrance, simply ask a volunteer on site to accompany you. The PMR entrance is located just before the public entrance and will be clearly indicated.

Once on the festival site, you will have access to a PMR and PSH platform at each stage, depending on needs and availability. Please note that depending on the occupancy of these platforms, companions may not be able to occupy the space. Volunteers at the entrances to these platforms will be there to welcome you, accompany you and manage access to these spaces.

You will also be able to enjoy priority access to the catering areas and, of course, accessible sanitary facilities will be available on the festival site.

For any questions, do not hesitate to refer to the volunteers on site. We are here to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Stay in touch for any further information!

Are there any arrangements for deaf and hard of hearing festival-goers?

Absolutely! We’ve thought of everyone! Upon request, you will be able to obtain vibrating vests (subject to availability) on the platforms to allow you to feel the music in a unique way. If you have any questions or specific requests, please do not hesitate to write to us at contact@francofolies.lu. We are here to make your experience as great as possible! ✨

Ticketing

For people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility, a ticket can be issued to the companion to access the Parc du Gaalgebierg concerts free of charge.
