A PIONEER IN LUXEMBOURG, THE FRANCOFOLIES ESCH/ALZETTE IS AN INTERNATIONAL EVENT THAT PROMOTES CONTEMPORARY MUSIC, DESIGNED AND CONCEIVED WITH RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
The lineup and the artists, at the heart of the project, reflect the values of the festival: multiculturalism, the transmission of Francophilia around the world and the defense of a modern and new vision of culture.
Designed to offer the public a total experience, the Francofolies Esch/Alzette are a lasting event in the region with the following leitmotifs: to experience emotions, to create vibrations, to discover, to learn, to share and to flourish together!

the GAALGEBIERG park
Gaalgebierg Municipal Park is a place of relaxation for all, surrounded by unspoiled nature on the heights of the city. It is a unique ensemble of flower gardens, French-style gardens, forest trails, and secluded paths.
the KULTURFABRIK
Located in Esch-sur-Alzette, the Kulturfabrik is a committed venue that, through a diverse artistic program, offers contemporary music, multidisciplinary performances, cinema, literature, committed art, visual art and urban art, raises awareness and trains diverse audiences.
the ESCHER THEATER
The Escher Theater is a welcoming and creative theater directed since 2018 by the director Carole Lorang. Each season, the theater offers around forty shows of theater, dance, and music – or at the crossroads of these disciplines – productions from the European scene as well as from the Luxembourg scene.
